1. What are your weekend services like?

Each Sunday at LWF you'll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music and a practical, relevant message. Children are well cared for in our safe, quality nursery and we have a fun-filled age-appropriate teaching for older children up to 6th grade after worship.  Our service begins @ 9:30 am and typically wraps up around 11:00.

2. What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and "be anonymous" for a while - and that's fine with us. Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if LWF is the church for you.

3. What do I wear to attend your services?

You'll find everything from causal clothes to business suits at our Sunday service. So feel free to where whatever is comfortable for you, because at LWF, we know it's about who you are, not what you wear.

4. Where are you located?

512 Beach Pond Rd, Voluntown, CT 06384

5. What about my children?

At LWF, your children are a top priority. Our nurseries are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children's ministry that meets downstairs every Sunday after our corporate time of signing/worship.

6. How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. The best way to get involved in a Home group. Our Home groups meet bi-weekly and are a great way to connect. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

7. How can I be discipled and grow?

Our desire is to see you become a mature follower of Jesus, and we believe that can only happen through the study of God's Word.  Beyond Sunday mornings and Home groups - we have ministries to both Men and Women that meet once a quarter.  Call the church office for more info

8. Why do you have Home groups?

Home groups are an important part of LWF; in fact, you haven't fully experienced the church until you've experienced a Home group. These groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As LWF grows, Home groups allow us all to remain in relationship and connected. Groups are available on various nights during the week - there's bound to be one that's just right for you!  One of the easiest things to do at LWF is participate in a Home group. Our Home groups meet throughout the region and provide a place for Bible study, fellowship, and support.
